Refund and Returns Policy – StyleBina

At StyleBina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy provides the details on how to return or exchange items.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging). To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our Customer Service: Reach out to our team at info@stylebina.com or call 307-621-0431. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s). Please make sure the item is returned with the Return Authorization clearly marked.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Processing the Return/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped to you as soon as the returned item is processed.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase once we have received and inspected the returned item. The time frame for refunds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, refunds can take 5-7 business days to be reflected.
If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Final Sale or Clearance Items
- Items that have been worn or used, or do not have their original packaging or tags intact
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged goods. You will not be responsible for return shipping in this case.
5. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return following the guidelines above.
