We do offer international shipping to select countries. For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.

    • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the customs authority of your country and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment.

    • Shipping Times: International shipping times vary based on the destination. Typically, international orders take between 7-21 business days to be delivered. However, please allow additional time for customs processing.


6. Shipping Restrictions

    • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS as the carrier. Some expedited options may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
    • Limited Locations: Currently, we do not ship to certain regions or countries due to shipping carrier limitations or import restrictions. Please refer to the checkout page to confirm if we ship to your location.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your package through the respective carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

    • If your tracking number shows any issues, such as “delayed” or “lost,” please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@stylebina.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate the package. Once the issue is resolved, we will assist in offering a replacement or refund.

    • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist with claims through the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
